25-2-2009 - Glucose 3hr test

My mood while writing this blog: OK

My doctor called this morning and she said everything looks great so i guess i dont have GD! thanks goodness cause it would of prolly sucked.. but i would of delt with it for me and our baby! It was soooo long yesturday it turned into 5hrs cause the machine that does the blood wasnt working right soo they made me wait longer!.. But when i got there they tested my blood and pee first before drinking anything.. then it was suppose to be a half and hr later take the nasty orange stuff but it turned into 1hr. 30 minutes.. then 30 minutes after that i had to pee and get blood done agian! then another 30 minutes.. then after that the 1hr later and then the 1 hr later... My arms are sore today and bruised up.. I was allergic to the tape they put on my arms so that was a pain in the butt.. and they ran out of the tinner needless so they had to use fatter ones on me... They hurt alittle more lol! but other then that everything is Great.. except my iron is alittle low! well ladies hope you all are doing well and feeling great!!!
