ah glad its not anything to worry about. Keep your feet up and get Andrew to massage them up towards the heart x x

Heya ladies
I saw my midwife today as a routine check and everything is fine! The swollen hands, feet and ankles are just retention and the heat doesnt help! My blood pressure is ok and the heartbeat of my little girl was going strong!! She is head down and has been for just under 2 weeks now as she was head down when i went into hospital last to have my blood pressure checked. I am measuring 1 cm below and the midwife has said my tummy is full of water and the baby doesnt feel big atall which would explain why im measuring smaller.
OUCH my feet hurt. grrrrrr im going to put them up high and lather them in foot spray!!
