My mood while writing this blog: chunky |
I feel completely miserable some days. I know this is all going to be worth it in the end. but ladies I AM HUGE. Ive gained like 36 pounds so far.. well when I went to my 24 week appointment the doctor told me I was getting to big, that by the weight ive gained i better pop out an 8 pound baby. well that appointment was like 6/7 weeks ago, and Ive only gained 2 pounds since than. In my family when we have babies we gain weight everywhere.. and I mean everywhere. So Ive been working out twice a day, and eatting so much healthier like salads and tons of fruit and veggies and staying away from all the fatty foods except on saturdays, on the weekends my hubs and i usually go out to eat on saturdays and i let myself binge for that meal. But I have a beach ball belly..there was another pregnant girl at the gym yesterday and she just had the cutest belly. That I know I will never have. My face is still little, its like my face is to small for my body. bleehh

Thursday, 7 May I gained 7 pounds between visits a couple of months ago. I'm too lazy right now to work out (although, I was doing good working out before I got pg). After I realized how much I'd gained in just 3 weeks, I cut out most junk food (that's all I was eating - Sonic, McDonald's, Jack In The Box, Wendy's - they're all so close to the house).
I still eat it once, maybe twice a week. I eat sweets early in the day (I used to eat them right before bed). I started cooking more. I eat so much healthier when I cook. I don't really don't like veggies right now, but I eat them. Then I gained 3 pounds between that visit and the next.
My suggestion would be to not deny yourself. Just indulge in moderation. It's worked for me so far. I hope it continues to. Baby-Beiler -

Thursday, 7 May I hate when docs say you're gaining too much. You look like you were perfectly normal before you got pregnant and you look wonderful in your pics. This is sssoo not the time to worry about your weight. It's great that you're exercising, but don't overdo it! You are way more disciplined than me my first pregnancy. I worked out until 4 months pregnant and then I was like, screw it, I'm pregnant and I WILL have that medium blizzard I've been craving. I gained, I felt chubby afterwards, and then I lost all the weight...only to get pregos with twins 3 months later.
