16-5-2009 - its a plane, its a train, no its a knife

My mood while writing this blog: sore

so ladies I stabbed myself! No no intentionally. so heres the story

Im outprocessing outta the army, so i pretty much do my own thing all day long..well i came home from working out yesterday morning, and i decided to straighten up before I got ready to go to my ultrasound appt. and outprocess a little more. Well I made brownies last sunday, and I forgot to put pam at the bottem of the dish. So I was trying to scraped the bottem of the brownies off, and I was at my last 2 i had gotten 8 thus far. i was holding the pan down with my left hand and stabbing the brownies with my right. well the brownie mustve been to hard or something cause the knife got my hand instead... so it took about 5 seconds for me to realized what happened, and than i started screaming cause it hurt like all hell... I ran into my bedroom and told my husband " we gotta go to the ER" (he had a 3 day this weekend cause they just got back from JRTC and all that jazz) and he jumped outta bed and was like wtf happened. and looked at my hand, and said yeap we sure do. so we get to the ER and wait about 45 minutes for them to call my number. (its kinda like the DMV) Hhehe. tahn they get me all inprocessed and send me to the other waiting area. The tech lady also saw that my U/S apt was for 1045 so she told me to go on to that, and than come back. So I did... I got to see my little princess. shes getting so big:) 3 pounds 4 ounces, and EDD is still for july 25th, so I have 10 more weeks... but i really think im going to have her in about 6-7 weeks.... due to my family history of pre eclampsia. shes looks very smushed in there too.... I couldnt see her as well as I could last time. They still werent able to get better pictures of her spine b/c how she was sitting.. so they told me they are more than sure im going to have to come back. yaya. So when the tech went to get my hubs to come see i was laying there, and I started sweating really bad and started getting dizzy, and my sight started to go black.. once they brought my husband in i was like i gotta sit up i couldnt lay anymore.. I was about to pass out, and i guess its because of the pain to my hand... so needless to say my husband didnt see her. I couldnt even see her that good either. so we left there and i got 6 pictures instead of 4 :-) yay. Than we head back to the ER tell the tech lady i was there, and I pretty much went straight on back. they got my hand all cleaned up and put stitches in it. and put tons of numbing cream..tons...so my hand was numb up until about 6 pm last night, and once the numbing wore off, the hand hurt really bad again..bleh..Thatll teach me to use PAM next time =P
