03-8-2009 - Moving stinks!

My mood while writing this blog: Tired and Sore!!!!

All of the moving is OVER! Now all we have to do is finish the place and unpack....ugg....I am so tired and I can't even think about any of it! But at least we got it done and over with...I was soooooo stressed and worn thin over the weekend it was rediculous.

We did have two furniture fatalities in the move, which is to be expected I guess but it just means more money out of my pocket to buy new stuff. Sheesh, I just can't win! To all of those moving anytime soon, beware of the husbands/so/bf friends who volunteer to help! We lost my livingroom entertainment center and my full length stand alone mirror! What a mess!

So, now we have to finish the flooring and paint, then the bathroom needs tile work done, two doors need new handles, the washer and dryer hook ups are old and need replacement, and we have to get a new stove! Good grief, where will it end?

Oh an up note I took Hannah in for her 4 month check up and the little jelly bean weighs 15.5 pounds already!! LOL!! She is officially out of new born-3mo clothes and is on to 3-6 months size! She is progressing beautifully and her pediatrician is amazed at how strong she is...she hasn't seen how strong willed she is yet either! Lucky us!! Ha ha ha!

Nikki has taken the move very well, and has her room all unpacked already! What a trooper she is!! She was a HUGE help on moving day and is still being a great help in taking care of Hannah while we paint or whatever at the new house. I am so proud of her!!!!!
