I have never experienced having migranes before but yesterday I had a horrible one. During this pregnancy, I have had several headaches, but yesterday my head was hurting me so bad all day. I sat in the dark, I had the tv on but I had to take all of the brightness out of the picture. After suffering all day, around 6 oclock pm I called the doctor and I was told I could take xtra strength tylenol. It took the edge off alittle bit and then the second dose (4hours later) allowed me to get some relief. I am having a horrible time sleeping and I read that if you take a warm bath before bed it will help you to sleep better. It really does help. I pray that I will not have any more migranes. I can deal with a regular headache.

I was the same way last month. I had to have one soda a day with caffine. This was the only think that made it go away. Try drinking a soda

sorry you are having these. I suffered terrible migraines whilst on birth control pill. They are so painful x x sounds like you are doing all you can to relieve them x x I hope you dont get anymore. Try to keep a note of any foods or drinks you consume before they start, there could be something triggering them off x

I feel for you. I get migraines regularly and have since I was quite young. For that reason I am pretty used to them, but they still suck! I hope you don't have to suffer through one again!

headaches suck. I have one right now because I haven't been sleeping that great either. I'll try a bath tonight. Hope you feel better! ^_^
