My mood while writing this blog: Blessed

Friends I have a few questions that I'd like you to take the time to answer. You don't have to answer them out loud, just answer them in your heart and today may just be the first day of the rest of your life.

4. Did you know that there is only one way to get to heaven? "Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." John 3:3

5. Did you know that absolutely no-one has to miss the blessings of heaven? "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." Romans 10:13

6. Did you know that we are all sinners? "As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:" Romans 3:10 "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God:" Romans 3:23

7. Did you know that death is the punishment for anyone who doesn't turn away from their sinful life? "For the wages of sin is death:" Romans 6:23a

8. Did you know that faith and repentance in the Lord Jesus Christ are all you need to receive the gift of salvation? "For by grace are ye saved through faith;...." Ephesians 2:8 "I tell you, Nay; but except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish." Luke 13:3

9. Did you know that in order to receive this gift you must ask for it? "...but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Romans 6:23b "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from he dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Romans 10:9-10

10. Did you know that you can pray right here, right now and ask the Lord Jesus Christ to save you? "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." 1John 1:9 "...:behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation." 2 Corinthians 6:2

11. Did you know that now you need to tell someone about your new Saviour? "Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;" Psalm 107:2

12. Did you know that a local bible believing church is the best new place for you to be? It is there that you will hear the word of God and be surrounded by other believers. "So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." Romans 10:17 "For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them." Matthew 18:20

1. PRAISE ye the LORD, Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power.

2. Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness.

3. Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp.

4. Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs.

5. Praise him upon the loud cymbals: praise him upon the high souding cymbals.

6. Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.

2. Did you know that Jesus Christ died for you? "......how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:" 1 Corinthians 15:3-4 "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us." Romans 5:8

3. Did you know that you can't work your way to heaven? "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God; Not of works, lest any man should boast." Ephesians 2:8-9
