GIRL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had my anatomy u/s today at 2:30 and let's just say the drive to my appointment was AWFUL my bladder was sooo full Haha I had to go over a few railroad tracks and I about wet my pants!
Our Dr took several measurements and her heartbeat was 164 (at my last appointment it was 165 and my Dr guessed it was going to be a girl because of the high rate and she was right. I also took a home gender test from Walgreens that predicted it was a girl) Our lil girl is estimated at 11 ounces and my due date has only changed by 1 day to Sept 28th...I also drank OJ before my appointment praying it would help to keep those legs uncrossed, and man she was an active little bugger in there! All over the place...I think we may have a soccer player on our hands. Another great thing I've experienced this week is the baby's first movements. Some people say it feels like butterflies and I don't see where they get that from. I started feeling her move on Monday 5/4 and it feels more like twinges or quick pulses but I can't wait until my husband can start feeling the movement from the outside, it's a wonderful feeling!

Congratulations!!
I agree on the movement feelings...i was wiating for butterflies and then on Monday 5th when i was laying in bed i felt a strange pulsing really low down, ive felt it atleast once everyday since in different places but all below my belly button & i even felt it from the outside on Saturday which was really strange!! Other half was in the kitchen so didn't get to feel it, hopefully he will soon, it's so cool!! x

That is awesome!!!! I'm happy for you. A little girl! I'm glad you are feeling movement. Sometimes I think I feel what you describe but only about 2x a day, somedays nothing. It will be funny we we complain about our babies moving so much we can't sleep. I think we will love it though! Conrats. I go Monday to see my little boy. I'll let you know how it goes!
