08-4-2009 - 36 Weeks & counting down

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

Ok so I had my 36 week appointment yesterday, 50 % effaced and 1 cm dialated. whatever that means. I hope it means she is coming out shortly because there is like no more room in my belly,lol. I feel so stuffed and round. Good thing is she is head down and ready to go. One thing I was not prepared for was the vaginal exam since I go every week now. My doctor was like you'll feel a little pressure, whatever that was pain I felt. I was grippin on the side of the bed in the office and not screaming but letting out some unpleasant sounds. My husband was like are you ok. She was like she did just fine. At least I know what to expect every week now, but my goodness. Not to be graphic but doctor fingers & penises feel totally different, lol. I also had a 3D sonogram yesterday, which I posted the pics. My lil fat girl was upset at the technician trying to move her around. She was making all types of funny faces, lol. It was so cute :-) Now I am really excited about meeting her. It has really set in now that I am going to have a baby. Her room is finished, thank God !! We had ordered a recliner / glider chair & ottoman and it was on back order. Just got it yesterday and put it up. It is so comfortable too, that I feel asleep in it for about 30 min. just rocking back n forth.

Just taking it one day at a time, ladies, one day at a time !!!
