12-2-2009 - Goodbye Playmat

My mood while writing this blog: a little sad

Today I washed up and put away the play mat that Symphony used since she was one month old. I’m just a little sad as it has been a part of our living room for so many months now. And, all the little animals that hang from the rainbow above the mat are kinda like family members. But, Symphony is too active to lay down on the mat now. She prefers to stand at her Leap Frog music table or bounce in her Jumperoo or sit on the floor surrounded by her blocks, shape sorter, and stuffed animals. So, goodbye green frog, orange elephant, blue bird, and busy bees. We’ll see you again – hopefully soon – when Symphony’s little brother or sister needs you!
