Stork Radio has been great! Everytime I have called them they have a person answer who is helpful and kind. I called today to see if my doppler had shipped yet and she gave me a tracking # and the DHL website. I went straight there and found out my package has moved from FL to PA since Monday and it is scheduled for deliver tomorrow. I am so excited right now!!! That means my doppler is on its way and should be here tomorrow!!!! I have tomorrow off so that is perfect I can lounge around all day listening to my babies heartbeat! Hubby went away with my dad on a fishing trip for the weekend and won't be home till Sunday, so I'll let him listen over the phone, then my dad can hear it too!! I am feeling like a kid in a candy store right now!

UPDATE So it seems DHL messed up, I just spent an hour on the phone with them trying to figure out why I would not be receiving my doppler today. I am so mad! I tracked online and saw it was scheduled to ship today so I spent the entire day waiting for it forgetting all about the other things I had to do today, rescheduling appointments and everything so I could be here the moment it arrived. Well you guessed it, it hadn't come and I was getting impatient so I called DHL and customer service told me they had made a mistake and it was in some DHL station in RI (since yesterday) now scheduled to ship at some point tomorrow morning to MA for delivery to my house tomorrow between 3 and 5. I am so pissed. I work tomorrow 2nd shift 3-11 and I rescheduled my appointments to the morning not to mention my husband is away and I am staying with his mom in another town till Sunday. I do not want to leave a fetal heart monitor sitting around outside my house for 3 days. I offered to pay more to have it expedited but they just kept saying sorry it was a mistake on their part but at this point there was nothing they could do. :-{ What terrible customer service. I became so frustrated I actually cried to the supervisor (hormonal I know...) he offered to refund my shipping charges but there were none as Stork Radio pays the shipping. Eventually he offered to make it priority so hopefully I'll have it in the morning before noon. I am so frustrated. I was soooo looking forward to getting it today.
