| 15-6-2009 - why do I have to wait for a C-section if the Dr. already know my baby is BREECHED? |  My mood while writing this blog:mad |
Ok ladies here is the deal...I am 29 wks pregnant and have had 2 ultrasounds, and both determined that my baby is breeched. I had a C-section with my first child because she was breeched. I dont know what is going on inside my uterus, but my babies like being head first...LMAO!! Anyway my dilemma is with my crazy Dr. who is telling me that he is absolutely NOT going to take this baby early and that since my due date is 9-2 that is when I will have my surgery. I am mad because this is the same thing that happened with my daughter and I was in having so much back labor pain I couldnt even stand up from the 26th of September until the Dr's finally felt sorry for me and did the section on the 29th of September! I was hoping that I wouldnt have to go through this again with the Dr's, but I guess I am and its unfortunate because I dont understand how a damn Dr. can tell you that you are not in enough pain for him to deliever early? Did anyone else go through something like this or is now going through something like this? please leave a comment....

Well my son is breech now, but my doc said thet should turn, but my doc is a sweathear he induce me cause I did feel like nomore and this time around since I am moving I will get another induction around 38 weeks!so what can u say?

Hi. I just love it when a doctor tells you things like that. Excuse me....have you gone into labor knowing full well it'll end in a c-section with a long recovery (that's what I feel like asking the doctor)? Luckily, they're taking me a little early due to my diabetes so I don't have to put up with pointless labor this time. I was induced last time and after labor wouldn't progress (after 2 1/2 days), I got a c-section.

I know that my brother was breech and my mom didn't have to have a C-section, they just took their hands and flipped him.... she said it hurt more than having him... so I guess you are lucky you don't have to go through that?
Also Dr.s never make much since when you need them too lol.

I guess they figure if your not in a WHOLE lot of pain now then its better to wait to take the baby. I guess thats a good thing, since the longer the baby is in you the more he/she will develop. If you get further along then they probably will take the baby because there will be less of a chance for complications for the little one. Just try to hold on for your baby's sake. I know it may be a little hard but you can do it girl!
