So update on the repeat PKU test. So I called this morning to see how early I can bring her into the lab to have the test done and they tell me they can't do the test there! I explain to them that I received a phone call from the LAB telling me to come in and they basically acted like I was crazy and that no one would have called me from there! So they transfer me to OB and the nurse was like well we can't do it here and they don't know what to do! I am so happy I called because I would have been a raving lunatic with 3 kids in toe if they tried to pull this crap if i did just go in! Now I do believe after all is said and done the Health Board will be hearing about this experience because for this being such a big deal (possiblity of brain damage and all) they sure are dropping the ball big time! Please pray that they get this figured out!
