15-8-2009 - She thinks she is keeping my babies

My mood while writing this blog:

Ok its after 5 o'clock in the morning and while I should be sleeping like a normal human being I can sleep because of a phone call I just got from my aunt in Cali. Its 2 o'clock there so I guess she decided she is going to call me. My babies are supposed to coming back home on Wednesday. Its what me and my aunt discussed the last few days or weeks rather and tonight she calls me and tells me that its best if my kids stay up there with her for a while at least this semester. She said my kids shouldnt be in an environment like I am providing them and that her place is more suitable. She wants to go to the courts for legal guardianship of my babies and wants me to accept it like I will and I guess she thinks its okay because she says she is not going to ask for any type of financial support. She said she is already making plans to enroll them in school down, which I dont think she can because she os not the legal guradian and as far as I am concerned she never will be. Come to find ou she hasnt even bought their tickets yet and has no plans of doing so, If I have to I will fly down there personally to get my kids, but I cant believe she is doing this to me. I trusted her with my girls and this is how she repay me. She told me that she doesnt want to but if i dont comply with her, she will take me to court for the rights of my kids. WTF? Is she really serious? She cant be. I know she isnt. My daughters are the world to me. Its bad enough I dont see my son because he is in San Francisco, but Im not giving up my girls too. Just because she took me and my sister from my mom, doesnt mean she is taking my girls from me. I was in an a physically and sexually abusive home, my daughters are in no where as bad of condition as I was in with my mom.

for those of you who dont know, she only took my girls to stay part of the summer with her while I heal from the birth of my daughter. She is seriously tripping now.

I would go down there and get them until this matter starts getting worse. And to be honest she can take you to court and the court will immediately tell your aunt that she cannot take them. She has to prove that you are not worthy of taking care of them. And obviously she doesn't have proof to show that. Somehow she had been planning this all along. I am sorry that you are going through this. You have to tell her to mind her own business and that these children are your responsiblity not hers.

how do she figure she can do that. call the police on her for kidnapping. f that ! I know it may sound dramatic but if you dont have your kids by wed, call the police. aint nO wayy you should allow her to walk ova yOu.. &tryy to take ur daughters frm u. how duz she figgure u cnt provide & living conditions are poor... from wut u telln us; u doin just fine.

is she out of her freaking mind? she cannot do that, she would have to prove that your not providing for your kids in order for her to accomplish that feat. what she is doing is wrong, now you have to go out of your way to get them. least you know what kind of person she is.

Wow that's definitely not right at all hun. They definitely do not belong to her and she has no right to keep them. She will have to prove the courts you are unfit to keep your babies, as long as she can't then there's no way she can take them. Some people just blow my mind.
