My mood while writing this blog:
Prayerful

Ok ladies so updates for today, unfortunately only one new addition was added to our home today, Khamayah had to stay behind for a little while Kenni is taking it really bad. She is really scared and for the first time I see her actually caring about something/one besides herself. She even took it upon herself to call up to hospital after only being home for an hour. She is doing great as a mother, but she has yet to get the full insight. Wait til she has the sleepless nights and excessive crying and when Mayah does arrive home, she will be dealing with 2 babies not just one. I mean of course i will help out, but I wont be there all the time likes she probably expects I will. She has got to learn.

Another note I had to tell Cedrique that he could only stay 2 days, but we can figure out something so that he can take care of the kids and see the kids when he wants. Some of you ladies reminded me of things I hadnt even thought of and I cant believe I even fell for it.

Another thing..I was thinking about taking out a loan so that I can add on to the house. I have a huge backyard and was thinking of adding like 2 more bedrooms, if possible even like an upstairs. We really need room in this house and at the price I got it was a steal. I would not find a bigger house in my price range that woud accomodate 8 people, so I figure adding on will be a lot cheaper for me. Anyone ever added on to their house, have any ideas/advice for me?

I feel for your sister, it is good that she's got you there. I am going to definitely include you both in my prayers- for strength, patience and wisdom... Girl stay strong, positive minded and take care.

Hello miss Kandi,Sounds like Kenni is getting on well with motherhood. A tender age to take it all on, but she has a great example in you on how to handle business. Great job. On adding on to the house. Do you know if you have a home owners association. They may be able to tell you more about adding on to the house if you can at all. I would seek them out or your realtor in learning the proper steps, before taking out the loan. Hope that helps a lil.

I hope you can find a way to add on that would be good for all of you. Tell your sister that I think she will be a great mom if she is anything like you. I am very proud of her calling the hospital to check on her little one. It will be hard but I know she can do it. If the two of you stick together anything is possible. Make sure she gets rest before those sleepless nights creep up. I will say a prayer for her baby in the hospital, God speed for an awesome complete homecoming.
