LOL! I feel you...on the 2ww and the running thing. Now, 12 miles is craziness, but I definitely still log 5 miles. So, I think you're fine...they say you can keep working out, so don't feel guilty about that!

right so im 1 week into my 2ww and all i think about is pregnancy morning noon and nite its taken over my life so i have been trying a few things to keep busy . Tonight i have been on a 3mile run but all i felt was guilt the old should i shouldnt i be doing this ,but for a girl who usually runs at least 12miles at a time i suppose i can class 2 night as light exercise?????? lol
