so im 4 weeks and six days into my pregnancy and a feeling sick !! with a capital S i am unable to sleep because when i lie down the room spins abit like when you have had too much to drink lol i even had a sleep in the afternoon today cos night is that bad hope it doesnt last xxxxxxxxxx

I know feeling sick stinks. Why dont you try sipping lemon juice or drinking ginger rale or ginger tea see if that makes you feel better.
