I hate to say it girl but we are all in the same boat with you and it just comes with the teritiory. Our crazy sleep pretty much mimics the way it will be once baby is here, and this is just our bodies way of getting us use to it. Trust me, I know, it sucks so bad. It never fails that every day between 2 and 4 I simply must get an hour nap. And for sleep art night, forget it. The night time pisses me off. Sometimes I just lay there waiting for the sun to come up :(

to all you lovely ladies outthere who are pregnant or have been has any one else FORGOTTEN HOW TO SLEEP .
fot the past week now i sit up till about 4.00am then when i go to bed im wide awake i then get very tired around 3.00pm in the afternoon so go to have a lie down and guess what im wide awake again im currently 32 weeks and not sure how long i can cope with this for as i have a 3 yr old to look after also.
does anyone have Any ideas for me please help im desperate luv u all nickie xxxxxxx
