14-4-2009 - 2monts PP and addys 2 month doc apt (belly pic to *sigh*)

My mood while writing this blog:
pretty good

wow... i cant believe that it has been 2 months already!!! its gone WAY to quick!!!

lets start with Addisyn... well today was her 2 month checkup and my poor baby got shots today. :( but she did great! she cried for probably 30sec-1min and then she was fine. she's gotten sooo big! her weight is 12lbs 2oz (80th percentile), 24 inches long (90th percentile), head circumference was 40.5 cm (90th percentile) and because she did so good today i went and bought her a cute sweater for this fall/winter! lol... she still has thrush, so we are still supplementing with formula, and my milk supply has gone waayyy down, so now im on something to try and increase it. shes been sleeping through the night for about a month now at leat... going to bed around 10pm and waking up between 530-7am... shes still sleeping in our room in her little play-yard right by the bed... she starting to smile sooo much as well... i love every minute i have with her! i couldnt ask for more!

as for me... i still have a SAGY stomach. *sigh* owell what can i do... im walking everyday... and started to do crunches... so i guess it will just take time. but i dont want to wait! lol... but i know i know... it take 9 months to put it on it will take 9 months to take it off... other than that ive been doing good as well... i went back to work part time this past week... i only work 3 days a week... and then my mom watches addy... so its working out good... well now comes the pictures... if you have any advice on how to flatten my stomach... i would LOVE TO KNOW!!!

I know exactly how you feel! i feel huge! and at least if i did not have a flappy stomach it would not be so bad...I am going to start doing some walking..havent been cause i am still pretty tired. I have heard though that if you do sit ups,all that flab will stay there and you will build muscle underneath. So the best thing to do is walk or run.

I think you are looking just fine too! I know how you feel though & can't wait to get back to "normal". That is great she's sleeping through the night! How?! Is she going back to sleep once she wakes up around 5:30-7am? My Emi's measurements were very similar to Addy's - I couldn't believe I produced such a striving baby (I was always in the 25%). Emi had her shots today also. I think if they would've done 1 more (they did 4) I would have lost it. Oh, she was a trooper & only screamed for about 30sec. We got a sticker at the counter & put it on her outfit & she looked like such a big girl. Now I'm all nervous & taking her temp making sure she is fine. Which I know she is - I just have to worry. Poor babies!

It's great to hear the Addisyn is going well, I think your belly is fine seriously I had a flap of skin that just hung there.

I think you are looking good! once the uterus completly shrinks back you should be pretty much looking normal :) Are you pumping at all? My LO went on a nursing strike and only took a bottle for a couple days and if I hadn't of pumped I would have lost my supply!
