20-5-2009 - DH trying to find a job and our family possibly moving! Stressed... but good at the same time... if that makes senceMy mood while writing this blog:
Stressed... but good at the same time... if that makes sence


this is such a stressful time right now... my husband is a HS sience teacher... and i work at a golf course in the summers.... i have my CNA license... but id preffer to do other health care work like medical billing or medical assistant... but that is another year of schooling for me... im also on the waiting list for radiography... but that is a 3-4 year waiting list... so im stuck with jobs... (except in the summer)

well heres the problem... my husband found out about 2 months ago that he was going to get knocked down to 40% next year for teaching... so hell be making half the money that he is making now... he started to apply for jobs down by madison to be closer to our family... his family lives south of madison and my family lives north of madison...

last week thurs and fri he had two interviews... one about 30 min south of madison (about 1 hour 30 min from my family and 30 min from his family) and then the other interview was 15 min east of madison (45 min from my family and 45 min from his family) im am sooo hoping for the 2nd interview! i dont want to be an hour and a half away from my family!!! but either way we need him to get a job at one of these two places!!! im just getting so stressed... i want to know what will happen! and everything will happen so fast!

if he gets one of these jobs we will have to be living in that town bu Aug 1st! that is only 2 full months!!! that is so fast! and we are going to be looking for homes in those towns as well...

AHHHHH i just want this over with!!!

do any of you know about buying a forecloused home? if so any help would be great!

hope you all are having a great day! it is beautiful here today... im going golfing after work and then sand volleyball at 7pm... and then idol after to see who wins!!!

My sister bought a foreclosed home. Just make sure that you do everything through the bank and NOT through the owners. A pre-foreclosure home you have to deal with the owners and they are sometimes NOT honest! Any deposit money give it through the bank! And I know this seems silly but make sure you look at the house completly before doing any contract. Some of the foreclosures are extremly messy- my sisters the owners had pissed (seriously!) all over the walls and stuff. Some people even pull the electrical wiring out and stuff like that. Inspections are key. Good luck with the job for your husband!!
