I'm doing the same thing. I gained so much weight during my pregnancy and now I have so much weight to loose. I started going to Weight Watchers and the gym on Mon Oct 6th. I lost 4 lbs in 5 days! I'm so motivated right now. I need to loose 40 lbs by Feb 1st 2010. Good luck! Keep us updated!!

You go girl! I am 158 also, and want to get down to 130-135! I have joined Weight Watchers Online. My In-Laws have been on Weight Watchers for a while..and just to note..both of them have reached their goal weights....my Father-In-Law has lost over 75 lbs. in 7 months!! He looks amazing! Mother-In-Law over 30lbs! If you stay on the diet, it WILL work! Good luck, and I am right here with you..I plan to start on Monday!!!! We should keep up with other..it helps to have someone with you!

Awesome! I just decided this morning that I was actually going to start on the lose-the-weight road too! I weight about 160 and my goal is 135! What are your plans?? I want to start running, but I just can never get myself out the door to run! grr!
