| 10-6-2009 - update |  My mood while writing this blog:a lil nervous |
First lemme say I hope all is well with everyone. I am doing well I think. I had a doc appt today and found out that my son is measuring a little on the big side so I have a ultrasound scheduled for tomorrow. I have gestional diabetes and I'm assuming that is whats making him a little bigger. I was wondering if anyone else is going thru or has went thru this with any of thier children? Is this something I should be worried about? If he is too big what will they do? Could it be that my baby's father is just tall as hell (6'6) and my son will be tall. I don't see how he could be too big!!! I've only gained a total of 8 lbs. and I'm all belly. like I still fit all my clothes. I don't wanna stress out but what do I do? PLEASE HELP PUT MY MIND AT EASE!!!

I didn't have gd myself but a close friend of mines did.. she actually had it so bad to where she had to take insulin and check her blood sugar each day (ouch).. but in the end her boy wasn't big at all (he was actually on the smaller side). Hope all goes well with the u/s tomorrow.
