My mood while writing this blog: Surprised and Loved

First let me start by saying I'm not a big jewelry person. I have 4 earrings in each ear, my wedding ring and a diamond necklace (i've worn it for over 20 years) that I wear. I don't take them off except when cooking messy or cleaning. My husband knows this and has never really purchased other jewelry for me. He also knows I like my cards on THE day of the event (birthday, valentines, mother's day etc) and not the day after. We've had a few rounds about this because I was disappointed lol

I'm not sure if any of you have seen the Jared's commercials. The girls text and go OMG he went to JARED. I think the one with Jane Seymour (I like her) is silly but the necklace she designed for Jared is pretty. Every single time we saw that commercial on tv I JOKED with him that he should go to JARED (sounds like JARred like in the commercial LOL).

I went to turn the coffee pot on this morning and no cards.... No cards on my desk or the front counter. I did see Abigail's card on her crib when I went in to check on her. When the coffee pot dinged that it was done, I asked Tom to go get the coffee (I had his card on the counter). He said why don't you go get it... I said no you go get it.. he said "It's so special when you make it" LOL How could I resist THAT? So I opened the cabinet to get the coffee cup and there sat two cards.. one from DH and one from Abigail and behind that on the coffee cups was a box. I opened it and read the cards.. and cried a little... and then said OMG he went to JARED!! LOLOL I love my husband.

I texted my friends with a picture of the necklace and said... "I feel like a commercial.. He went to JARED!!
