Hoping I can help some new mommies!
I am old... I need my sleep lol so this is what I tried to get little Abigail to sleep all night and it worked beautifully for us.
1. I never woke her in the middle of the night to feed. Pediatrician said she would wake up if she was hungry. If she did wake up, I fed her of course.
2. I filled that little tummy about 7-9 pm at night. I breastfed but in the evening I added a little formula so it would be heavier and last longer in her tummy.
If you think about it, we eat when we're hungry and we train ourselves to be hungry at breakfast, lunch and dinner. If we wake the babies to eat in the middle of the night, then they get "trained" to wake and be hungry then. So I didn't wake her during the night but just made sure she had a full tummy and she's been sleeping through the night since 8 weeks old.
It may not work for everyone, but it's worth a try! Have a great day loves!

thanks for the tip!!! at what point did you start this routine? Did you have to establish breastfeeding before you could supplement with the bottle for the last feed?
