06-5-2009 - still stuck...

My mood while writing this blog:
aggghh!!! lol

Blah blah blahhhhhhhhhhhh!!! It should not be this hard to pick out a middle name for my baby girl lol. This may literally drive me crazy haha. I like Adelyn Grace but it seems like everyone has that middle name. There's also a little girl that we've kept since the hurricane in 2005. She calls herself my little sister =] her middle name is Marie and since I'm naming Adelyn after my real sister (her middle name is delyne--pronounced du-lin) and I just added an A to her name I thought it'd be cute to give Addie my other "little sister's" middle name (Marie). I just don't know. It seems like there's always something better like a perfect middle name if I could just figure it out!!! It's soooooooooooooo annoying lol. I think i'll eventually want something really pretty and not so common like the name Olivia for her middle name. Idk though. Any suggestions??!!! I'd really appreciate it. I'm sorry if this seems like no big deal lol. For some reason it feels like a big deal today. OH!! and I keep having dreams that I go into labor before it's time...like I'll wake up from the dream go back to sleep and have another dream about it. Oh man...anybody else??

all the time and i dont make it to the hospital and its like i wake up and i shake my belly to make sure he or she is still in there LOL! i do like the idea of Adelyn Marie because it seems to have the most significance and meaning to you. and it would honor both of your sisters!

Good luck with the baby names. I am in the same boat-- almost to a tee! My dad's mom's name was "Adeline" (pronounced A-duh-line), so that is an option for a name for me, too. But like you, I keep holding out for maybe another name that I'll love. As for the dreams...okay, I NEVER dream about another man, but the other night, I very vividly dream of lying in bed with Brad Pit.. While Angela Jolie stands in the corner holding a pair of twins. And Jennifer Aniston stands in the other corner. Holding a pair of twins. Yoikes! What was that about??? I told my husband and he chuckled.

If I would have had a little girl, I was going to name her Alivia Evelann Hannah. Evelann was a cross between my 2 grandmother's names Evelyn and Ann. I thought doing that was unique and meaningful. Just an idea....

I think Adelyn Marie is a really pretty name. All of your ideas are nice though. I think all of us pregnant ladies understand how it becomes a big deal. I got so frustrated with my husband because he kept putting off the name discussion.

I love the name Adelyn. have you thought of Adelyn Rose? Grace and marie are such popular middle names. theres also Adelyn Elizabeth, Adelyn annette.
