29-5-2009 - 32 week check up =]

My mood while writing this blog: okay

So, today I went to my thirty-two week check-up. I had to see the nurse practitioner but that was okay. Before listening to the baby's heartbeat she asked if she's been moving pretty regular. I told her that she has. She's actually been moving more now. Then she tried to listen to the heartbeat and at first couldn't find it. I was freaking out!!!!!! It just kept running through my head, "has she moved today?? idk!! i was so busy getting dressed i can't remember!!." I was sooooo scared. But, after a min. she found her heartbeat. OMG. Scared me to death. She said normally she finds her heartbeat low but she was really high today. Anyway, she said everything looked good and I'll go back in two weeks and they will do an ultrasound to figure out about how much she weighs and all that good stuff. I'm excited. I love love love ultrasounds!! Then, I'll have one more appt two weeks later (at 36 weeks) and then start going every week. I'm so ready for my little girl to be here. On another note, my husband and I decided we needed a new car for when the baby arrives. It was an obvious decision as the one I have now is a piece of junk!! So, Wednesday the papers were signed and we brought our new car home. I was soooo soooo soooo excited. New car, we're moving into a new house, and it's almost time for Adelyn to be here. Well, that lasted about two seconds. My husband works for a man who is never there to run his own business and who listens to another employee on deciding how to make decisions. Well, the employee that the "boss" listens to happens to be his drinking buddy. They go out on the river all weekend and stay drunk and do God only knows what else. So, everytime this employee messes something up he blames it on my husband. I've seen this happen before so I know it's true. Well, today the man tells the "boss" that my husband has ordered the wrong parts (when it was really him that did it!!) Needless to say, the man fired him. I guess there's nothing he can do about it since it's his word against the 'drinking buddy'. Idk what we're gonna do. He has a second job working at a local restaurant on nights and weekends so I'm hoping that will do until something else happens. I'm so stressed out. But more so, I'm mad!! How could someone do that to my husband?? He wouldn't hurt anyone and he's so excited about his little girl and just bought a new car. I really hope they are happy with themselves!!

Theres another plan for you guys in place. I always say how can you find the right man if the wrong man is standing in the way? Well that goes the same for jobs. Yall will be okay and that man who did this to yall at this time of all times will get his soon enough. Hang in there and trust everything will be okay.

we just got a new car too... well the new to us kind LOL. that really is terrible about your husband's job though. is there proof either way of who bought the part because that is wrongful termination. and sometimes just telling the nice people where he works that he has a lawyer and is suing for wrongful termination brings them to their senses. even when it isnt true its worth a try... thats how we got the car warrenty tellemarketer to stop calling us...
