Woo Hoo! Look out everyone, Mrs. Addie is on her way to meet the world! Mucous plug can come out whole or in pieces that are usually darker yellow with some brown or red in it. If it's coming out, it means things are opening up down there. Yea!!!

thats what mine was like the first time around as well as the second time... so its probably a really good bet that that is what it is... when i lost mine with bekah i was dialated 2 cm... but this time i didnt dilate at all yet... so hopefully you are dilating ... :)

yep, sounds like the mucas plug... You could have a baby sooner then you think.. You may have only lost like some of it... When you go to the doctors the next time I am sure she will check you and see if you have dialted.. I have been at 2cm and still havent lost my plug... wierd huh... keep me posted... Jen

So, I was up a pretty good bit of the night last night cramping. When I woke up this morning they were gone but I was sooooooo tired so I took a nap. I just woke up a few min ago and went to the bathroom and had some gooey junk (sorry tmi) on my underwear. I've never seen anything like it before so I'm assuming it's a piece of my mucous plug?? Could this mean I have started to dilate maybe?? I know it doesn't mean anything will happen right now but it's still kinda exciting. Lemme know what you think.
