30-4-2009 - 7 month checkup

My mood while writing this blog: tired

Ok so today i had my 7 month check up as well as my glucose test. I remembered doing the glucose test with my first so i was prepared at how gross it tastes so i just drank it as fast as i could. Not a big fan of needles so i was tired of being poked after that appt. They drew blood for the test and then pricked my finger to check my iron. Dr. said i'm still measuring right on target for how far along i am and also checked on her position today. He said today was the first appt. they could start feeling my belly and telling how she is laying. Well she is already head down with her back and butt on my right side and legs and arms on my left side. I had been figuring this because when she moves or balls up it is weird because there will be like this big bump on my right side and he said it was probably her little butt. It was nice to know what body parts i was feeling where!!! Other than that everything is still going good....no swelling yet which i am keeping my fingers crossed because with my son i swelled really and i mean really bad and he was born in June so with this one i was worried since it was July....we'll just have to see!
