22-4-2009 - 30 weeks...appt, pic and FINALLY A NAME!!!

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

30 week pic is up on page 5 and doesn't really look too much different than my 29 weeks one...

had my 30 weeks appt today and it went surprisingly well! i'm measuring at 31 cms and i only gained 2 lbs which i'm thrilled and kinda shocked about, cause with easter and all i ate like complete crap these past 2 weeks! the bitchy nurse was not there today either and i would have sooooo loved to rub it in her face haha! funny how all the other months i was soooo careful about what i ate and gained way too much weight and this time i wasn't and did ok?!?! i still am eating moderately healthy though and staying away from salty and processed foods, which is really helping with the swelling and all...just indulging in tons of sweets, which are my weakness :/ i think at this point they say you put on about a lb a week...so if that is true, i'm on track FINALLY lol! only 10 more weeks...but i'm still thinking less for me...and i can hardly wait to hold my boy!!! we FINALLY settled on the name and are BOTH in agreement and we can NOW call him JASON!!! we decided on the traditional spelling since one reason why hubby was on the fence about the name was because he did not want people to call him jay, so to try to avoid that, JAYSON was kinda out. i'm ok with it though cause i got my way ;)
