20-5-2009 - 34 weeks and it's all new again!!!

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

34 week pic is up on page 6...

you may be wondering why the title of my blog is, 'it's all new again'...well, even though it's my 2nd pregnancy, if i make it past today, i will be, sort of, a FIRST TIMER lol! my daughter was born at 34 weeks, so i have NO idea what to expect after this point!!! it's kinda strange that this was the end of the road in my 1st pregnancy...it came all of the sudden too, so i'm a little nervous that it could possibly happen again! i do know what signs to look for now though, so i'm being very cautious! but i also realize that every pregnancy and labor is different, so what happened the first time may not necessarily happen this time around! thank god my daughter was healthy when she was born and only had to stay in the NICU for 7 days, but let me tell you it was the LONGEST 7 days EVER!!! as much as i say i want this all over with and i just want jason here...i want him here HEALTHY and READY lol. i DON'T want to have to go through another hospital stay watching all the other new mommies push their babies up and down the halls in their cribs as i lay in my bed, babyless :( i can't do that again...it broke my heart into thousands of pieces when they wheeled me into the NICU to say goodbye to my baby as it was time for me to leave, but she had to stay...i know that it was all in her best interest and i was coming back to see her everyday, but she was supposed to be with ME, not in the hospital! plus your hormones are even more out of whack after having the baby! well, fingers crossed this time that my little man can #1 be with me after he's born and #2 come home with me when i leave the hospital!
