My mood while writing this blog: frustrated

Today I saw my Dr..... the baby hasn't even dropped yet. And I'm not dilated at all! Its frustrating because this baby is an attempt to have my first vaginal birth after 2 csections. He should be already around 9 lbs ,.....according to the weights of my other two. But anyway, the good news is that my Dr agreed to wait until I was 42 weeks to talk about any kind of induction! Praise God, this is the man that didn't want me going past 39 weeks. But I just feel like my son is going to be in here forever.... seeing as how he hasn't even dropped! And girls, I'v tried almost every natural induction in the book, walking for up to 7 hrs a day ( at various malls and store), bouncing, sex, breast pump, spicy food, cinamon, foot massage, hot shower, and all of those every day! lol He's just not ready and I need to be patient and wait on the Lord. But its hard when I just want to hold my son.

Wow - amazing that you haven't had contractions with all those htings. There have been times I feel I could push myself into labor since I'm having contractions - but I just rest figuring the right time will come - but now my induction date is comming soon. My body and I htink baby are pretty ready thoguh so it will probaly be good and much safer. I could be at a 4 or 5 by now which isn't safe for me with what happned before.. I hope you have a wonderful Valentines day! He will be here soon! :-) Wondering why you would want to wait on induction till 42 weeks... Isn't it more likely the bigger he gets that a c-section chances increase? May God bless you as you have this one vaginally! :-) Chin up my sister was 3 days over and DILATED TO NOTHIN AND JUST HAD HER LITTLE GIRL!! She had not dropped either so you never know when the day could come.

wow i feel the same way. it bums me out when all of the girls are saying how their doctors are saying that they'll be having their baby at any moment, while mine is telling me that i'm dilated only because i threatened to kick him if he didn't tell me that. i figure that at least him lying to me is better than no progress at all! *sigh* oh well, i guess they'll come when they come... stubborn babies :P
