Thats great things are working out for you.. I would love to see the stretches because my doctor told me that this is all normal and I dont need to do any stretches.. I would LOVE to get some of this pain relieved!

| 14-5-2009 - Physical Therapy/Pelvic Pain*UPDATE* |  My mood while writing this blog:happy |
I wanted to say that my physical therapy has been going great! The gal that is working with me 95% of the time is awesome and is actually about 19weeks herself so that is cool. She asks me questions from time to time about pregnancy and I do the best I can to help answer them. But anyways, I have been doing strengthening exercises and really great stretches. I am going to see about getting the images scanned and posted so that you other ladies out there that are struggling can get some use out of it as well. I hate to hear that others are dealing with the same type of pain I have been. My pain has improved a great deal and I have been hardly taking any tylenol now. The stretches are simple and my physical therapist said that she can see a lot of improvement in my pelvic area and that it seems to be staying in place between visits. So I am doing some things right!!
