29-7-2009 - Almost 39 weeks...

My mood while writing this blog: happy

Friday I will be 39 weeks and I have my dr appt today. I decided to ask my grandmother to watch Isaiah so that if the dr decides to do any exams then I will be able to be in the room alone and Isaiah won't be trying to help LOL It can also make it very hard to talk to the dr when Isaiah wants to be so actively involved in the process and talk about everything he knows. I am glad he is because it makes him feel special but it's at the point where he needs to sit out and let mommy go in alone. I am really hoping the dr will exam me to see if there is any progress going on. I have been dealing with such dull constant pain down there in my pelvic region that I feel like something is going on or at least something should be going on. I am so ready to be done with this pregnancy and I still have a little ways to go until my official due date. I really hope I at least go on time and not overdue. I know she will come when she is ready but I am sooooo uncomfortable right now and have been dealing with a lot of back pain as well as the pelvic pain and ready to get my body back to the road to feeling normal again. Then of course it has been over 90 some odd degrees these last couple of days it makes it harder to get through the day. Thank goodness we have that pool in the back yard. I have been going in it 3 or 4 times a day and then walking around with a wet t-shirt on and wet hair. Not to mention the cold showers I have been taking as well to try to stay cool. It will be nice to sit in the dr's office with the AC for a bit too. Well I better start getting ready to go to my appt. I need to get the house all closed up to keep some of this cool air in here, hopefully... Have a great day ladies!!
