07-7-2011 - 18 months old

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

It has been 18 months since I gave birth to my beautiful baby boy Jacob. I don't know how we got here so quickly but here we are lol. Jacob is doing well and growing and developing right on track. Here is a list of his development and accomplishments.

*26 lbs

*34 inches long

*Has 10 teeth with 2 bottom teeth coming through the gum right now

*Size 5 diaper

*Size 24 month clothing with some 2T shirts

*Says Mama, Dada, Nana, Willa, Jenna, Sara,Lilly, Joe,baby, yellow, bee, juice, water, up, hot, bubble, duck, doodle, Noah, banana, truck, clock, uh-oh, woah, two, cheese, pizza, pop, Dora, no, go, llama, eww, and egg. He also runs around speaking jibberish and acts as if he is having a conversation lol.

*Knows his animal noises for an elephant, dog, cat, monkey, tiger, bear, dinosaur, goat, chicken, pig, bumblebee, and says hop-hop for a bunny rabbit.

* says "vroom for car, "choo-choo" for train

* claps, waves, blow kisses and will give hugs

* can kick and throw a ball

* uses his fork and spoon almost 100% of the time now

* can run pretty well without falling

* can put all his shapes into the shape sorter without help

* is learning to brush his teeth all by himself

* loves pretending to cook with mommy's pots and pans!

* loves all fruit!

I can not believe how much he has learned in such a short time! I am blessed to have such a handsome and healthy guy. He is my whole world and I love him more than anything! Hope everyone and their families are doing well!
