17-6-2009 - Molly is 7.5 months old!

My mood while writing this blog: In Love!

Molly is 7.5 months old already! I wish I had written a blog every month but life has been very busy!

Molly is doing great! At her 6 month appt she was 14 lbs 3.5 oz and 25 in long. so the 20% and 30%. Still a little peanut! She is such a great baby and puts a smile on our faces all day and night. Even at 3am we can't help but smile at her. She goes down around 6:30-7pm and usually sleeps till 3-6am. She was sleeping through the night for awhile but lately she has been getting up around 3-4 and wants to nurse so I bring her in bed and she eats and falls asleep for another 3-4 hours. I love our snuggle time :) She burrows her little face into my chest and falls asleep. Its so cute! And she reaches for my husbands face and rubs his chin till she falls back to sleep. She sometimes wants to play at 3am but we just ignore her (or try too) but its so cute how she calls us she says uh uh uh until we respond.

She started sitting up by herself at 5 months and got her first teeth at 5.5 months. The 2 front bottom teeth. She is now getting her 2 front top teeth. It doesn't seem to bother her too much. She has been very happy lately. I'm so afraid that she will bite me! She does it once in awhile. It feels like razor blades. She still will not take a bottle. Not even of breast milk. So I nurse her usually 4-5 times a day. She is not liking the baby food anymore so we feel her table food more now. She would much rather feed herself noodles, vegies, fruit and chicken. She does great chewing and swalowing. She sips water out of a sippy cup with a little help from us. Molly is almost crawling now! Life is going to get even more busy! She is waving and clapping now too! Its so amazing how much they learn is such a short time! I think she learns alot from watching baby einstein. She LOVES it!

It took me about 3-4 months to get back into my old pants and now they are all too big! I weigh 3 pounds less than I did before I got pregnant. So I am 130 lbs.Yay! And without any dieting and very little exercise. So I am happy about that! I guess I am just busier than before. I bought a tankini for this summer but after one day wearing it, I decided I missed my bikini. So I ordered a new one from VS. My old ones are too small in the chest.I already miss being pregnant! I did right after I had Molly. We are going to wait until Molly is about 2 before we start trying for another baby. I love to spend time with her and I want to make sure that we can give each child the attention that they need.

Having a baby has been the most amazing experience of my life! I feel so lucky to have such a beautiful happy and healthy baby.

aww jj is one in a few weeks 21st july i carnt believe it it has gone soo fasat he is walking everywhere he gets better at it everyday he has 4 teeth 2 more are coming through at the top he already has his 2 front top teeth and 2 bottom teeth!me and my partner would love another baby but atm he is really hard to keep up with lol but we want our children to be close in age together so that they can grow up together and everyone tells me that it is easier having them close in age but i am to scared as i am only 19 xx
