29-9-2008 - 24 weeks this week

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

I had my 1 hour Glucose Tolerence test today. And WOW..I don't remember feeling this awful, and tired after it last time. I passed. But when we got home I had to eat and then lay down. For the first time ever I put up the gate, took an extra look around to make sure things were safe...then took a nap while Alyssa watched Jacks' Big Music Show and did her thing. I couldn't stay awake. I needed to get rid of my headache. So I slept...lightly, getting hit in the head once in awhile. She survived.

So now on to week 24 and I'm starting to get nervous. Nervous-excited. Nervous about having two young ones so close in age. Nervous about the late night feedings and the all day play. Excited about having another baby b/c I know how wonderful it is going to be. I'm starting to get that...oh I need to get things straighten out around the house feeling...that sorta nesting thing. The house is a wreck. I'm so tired all the time.

Only 4 months to go.
