03-1-2010 - Nesting Already???

My mood while writing this blog: bored

I swear im sort of in a nesting mode already!!! This is my 3rd baby and I live so far away from friends and family that I know I wont be having a baby shower. Im ready to start buying the things I know I need/want and have things ready. I dont know what I'm having but some stuff it doesnt matter to me if it is neutral colored or not. My problem is I have friends and family back home who want to buy things for the baby.

I made my registries at 3 different places to give everyone a choice. I just dont have the patience to wait for them to buy what they want to get for the baby. Its been really hard to restrain from going to the store and just buy what I want. I know its a little soon to expect people to buy gifts but if I were having a shower then I would know an exact date that everyone would have bought what they wanted to and after that date I could go ahead and get what wasnt recieved at the shower.

I plan on re-registering after I have the baby so that anyone who wanted to buy gender specific things can. I will register for the apropriate color then. I have bought a Play Mat already and I will buy the carseat and stroller. That is just too expensive to expect anyone else to get.

I guess I could buy what I want now and take stuff back later but I really dont want to have to worry about returning things. I have tried to stay home and not do alot of running around because riding in a car makes me sick and if im on my feet for very long I get sick. My MS has eased up but those things trigger it and then im back to being miserable!

ok sorry I just needed to get that stuff out of my mind. Now maybe I can stop thinking about it....MAYBE! LOL
