16-6-2009 - ER and L&D ...

My mood while writing this blog: Stressed

I guess some might call it a milestone of pregnancy, but I'm going to call it a very stressful night/day.

Timeline;
Friday, June 12th
- Woke up with something that looked like a booger in the panties.
- That night I ended up having cramps for about a little over an hour.
Saturday, June 13th
- I had cramps that night for about 3ish hours
Sunday, June 14th
- Cramps that lasted a little over 5 hours none stop.
Monday, June 15th
- I had a large amount of pre-e problems, so I went to the ER around 8ish. They checked my cervix, didn't tell me anything, but sent me to L&D to be monitored for a couple of hours. I was told that my body was basically setting itself up for pre-term labor & pre-e just to watch for things. They said I was having contractions, but it stay at home with my feet up and drinking lots of water.
Tuesday, June 16th
- I'm not just having cramps at night anymore, but during the day every 3 to 4 hours apart and sometimes inbetween. I'm only suppose to call them if I get them every ten minutes.


I think I'm getting more now becuase I'm thinking about it and trying to watch them. I've been drinking tons of water and actually working on my first gallon...lol. The potty is my best friend today. I'll keep updating as something new happens since I have I feeling my baby will be her a lot sooner then 11 weeks.

I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers! I had my first son at 34 weeks and weird stuff was happening to me too. My Dr. thought I was fine , sometimes YOU know your body best though! I knew my water was breaking , leaking actuelly and when I went to see him he said I was not dialated. I had no contractions but I gained like 21 lbs. in two weeks and the mucus plug came out and the reg. hospital and my Dr. said it was prolly yeast ha! He did a 24 hr. urinalyasis whiceh showed it everything was good and bo signs of preclampsia. Yeah the same day I saw him I went to the grocery store on my way home from his office and my pants were wet! I went to the E.R. that night and they put me in L& D I had him 2 days later after being induced! Are you leaking fluid? B/c if you are you need to be sure you get plenty of rest and be easy cause if you are trying to deliver early and you are leaking it could be bad for you and baby! Some womans body can't hanle a pregnancy full erm either. They predict this time I may deliver early too but are closely monitering me. Be safe Mama!! Oh by the way do you know the sex?

Wow. Can't believe they sent you home. Good luck and I'll pray the baby stays in just a bit longer. Are you dilated at all?
