Hi everybody!!

Just wanted to let you know that we are finally home! As you heard I was admitted into the hospital for a blood clot in my leg and my section date was pushed back.

At 12:00am on the day of my c-section my water broke and I had very painful low back contractions until they did my surgury at 7am. They couldn't do it sooner b/c I needed to be off of the heparin drip long enough so that my blood thickened up. The surgury went well, but shortly after we found out that Lydia had a numo - her lung was partially collapsed. She had to be rushed to a different hospital that was able to handle it. I only got to hold my girl for about 30 sec before they rushed her off. I couldn't go with her b/c of my situation - c-section, in need on heparin b/c of my blood clot.

I started pumping that night in the hospital. By the time I was relased on Thursday I was able to go up to the other hospital and be with Lydia. We stayed at that hospital one night and praise the Lord Lydia was able to come home with us friday at noon!!! She is doing wonderful. Her lung is completely healed!!

I have been so blessed !! Blessed with a wonderful husband who has been taking care of everything and been such an encouragement to me! He truelly has proved that he believes the vows he made, "for better for worse, in sickness and in health" I love him so much.

Amelia is doing well. So glad to have Mommy home again and Daddy too. She is loving her little sister. Being without away for my girl for so long was the hardest thing ever. I am so happy to have our family together again!

Our God is Great! I have been through some very hard things the past month and I cannot say that I understand why, but I can say that God is good and I trust in Him. I believe his ways are beyond us and that all things work together for good for those who love the Lord. I am trusting Him now for full healing for my foot, clot, and inscision. I love the Lord and I know he loves me too!

I wanted to thank all you ladies who have been praying for me and and continue to do so! It means so much to me and my family. Much Love ~ Aubrey

Praise to the Lord! I am so glad you and Lydia are doing well now! I'm glad to hear the update, and I just want to say that your daughters' names are so beautiful! Lydia has been my favorite girl's name for a while now, and Amelia is so lovely, too. :)
