24-4-2009 - 1st Ultrasound...

My mood while writing this blog: Relieved..

Well, I had my first ultrasound on Wed and I was sooooo relieved to see a tiny heartbeat. It was slow at only 100 but the doc didn't seem concerned at all. In fact he said he was very encouraged by all that he saw. He also dated me back about a week at 6w1d which actually coincides with the day I think I actually ovulated....so it doesn't concern me much.

I go back in for a second viability u/s in two weeks - I cannot wait! I'm hopeful my little jelly bean has grown and has a much stronger heartbeat.

Not feeling too many symptoms as of yet. A bit more tired than usual, a little more thirsty, bbs are a little bigger and only slightly sore (usually at the end of the day), and just started feeling slightly sick to my stomach today.

I am SO happy you got to see the heart beat! I am sure that is a huge stess lifted. I had no early symptoms either but then around 8 weeks...WATCH OUT!! LOL! Anyway, I am so happy to hear the good news!
