29-7-2008 - Baby Kicks

Hey everyone. It is right now 3:02AM and I cannot sleep. I am very excited and ahhhh!! It has been 5 days! Those feelings I felt before were either gases, blubbles, or flutters; however, lately I have been feeling my little one KICK! I actually bought myself a Doppler that is called 'AngelSound' where I can be able to hear my baby's heart. But I get to hear more than the heart, I can hear my baby swim inside, hiccups, kicking, etc. It makes weird noises in there, and it's really exciting to hear my baby do crazy moves in there.

I just got home not even an hour ago, and it's amazing. After I got out of class, my friend Roberto and my bf met up with me on campus. We decided to go chill with some friends and it has been 5 months since I haven't smoke shisha (hookah). I was craving for smoke two of it tonight and well...baby did not like it. To the baby's reaction, my baby kicked me softly twice, and than BAM! a hard one to tell me to stop smoking. I almost fell out of my chair!!!! My bf and friends took that shisha away from me and saying "NO MORE, BABY DOESN'T LIKE YOU POLLUTING HIS HOUSE." lOl. So i stopped...and just chilled...and now baby is awake as I am typing this and is kicking like crazy.

Yesterday I went to my bf's house and we were relaxing and enjoying each other's company. Couple hours later we went to his bedroom and I told him to plug the Doppler into his Ipod machine to the speaker, so he did. He heard the baby's activities in there and I was laughing really bad because the baby kicked me so hard that it tickled me. My bf thought I was going insane and was laughing with me lol. He was holding my waist as we were both listening to our baby. It was such a great moment and smiling, and lots of kisses on my cheeks and forehead.

But I had to leave around 5:30PM because I had class at 7PM. I went home first to get my homework and I couldn't find it. I went crazy and was bitching at my parents if they touched my homework. They yelled back at me saying I needed to calm my hormones down lol. But my mom found it and I was very grateful and apologized for accusing. I felt my little one kick when I was screaming and and cussing for my homework!

I am really happy to know I have an active little baby....loves to move a lot...and kicks.

Have you guys felt your baby move yet in your 20 weeks or were in your 20 weeks???

yup i have been feeling my baby kick since i was about 14 weeks..this is #2 for me so i know what to feel for! congrats and no more smoking!!
