hey everyone!

So, I had my second high risk appointment today which was pretty routine. Today they did my first ultrasound to measure the length of my cervix, they'll be doing this every time now. Unfortunately my cervix is already shortened...bad news! Now I have to go back in one week to have my cervix measured again and we'll see what happens from there. I'm not too worried about all of it though because there is only so much I can do. If my cervix has shortened more by next week I'll probably be ordered to go no bedrest in which case, I'll go on bedrest. I'll do whatever I have to do to keep this baby in as long as possible! I also need to start my progesterone shots next week and I'll have to get them once a week until I am 36 weeks or as long as I am pregnant, whichever comes first! The good news is I got a good long look at my baby and boy was she squirmy today, lol! I don't know if it's boy or girl so I'm just calling baby "she". She already weighs 5ozs! She gave us some great pictures! lol, I really enjoyed watching her move around and seeing every inch of her tiny little body! Her heart rate was great too, it was 150. Well, I've got to go now but I'll be posting an update after my appointment next week. Hope all of you are doing well and hope everyone had a great Mother's Day, I know I did! Oh, I can't remember for the life of me how to post pics in here or on my page so I'm gonna post the u/s pics where all the other u/s pics are if you wanna take a peek!
