20-5-2009 - Week17 U/S

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

Hey ladies! So I had to go in to the high risk clinic to get another measurement of my cervix this week. The tech said it's about the same as last week so I think that's just it's version of "normal" for now. I don't know but the doc said she wants me to come in once a week to get my cervix measured! Gosh darn, once a week, that's a lot. I hope they can do my shots on the same day, this is getting to be a lot of appointments and it is quite tiring! Today was really fun though cause my little munchkin was moving a lot and when we first saw her she was sucking on her finger! Then we were checking out her heart beat, 145, and just watching her. Then she tried to suck on her thumb again but she couldn't seem to get it back in her mouth so she gave up. It was just so cute to see this! This little one is such an angel! I'm going to be posting her pic in the ultrasound pictures section because I'm needed to go watch Wall-E with the family. I will talk to you ladies later and hope everyone is doing great!

Awe......thats so cutseys man...did you watch on a normal u/s or on a 3D? Sorry for the stupid question, i'm trying to picture and just cant seem to picture this on the normal black and white screen.
Glad to hear you're doing alright.
Have you also got IC, are they going to give you a stitch, isn't that better than going and getting checked up every week....

Glad your little munchkin is thriving. I feel the same way with the extra appointments btw high risk and reg ob it's like non stop. But in the end it's all worth it.
