Well my first blog ever so here I go; well I'm one day off ten weeks and i'm so nervous, I've tried to do everything right, I eat loads of the correct stuff and drinks tons of water and eat fruit, but theres one thing I arent doing right and thats i'm SMOKING still, I thought it would be so easy to stop, but it really isnt that easy for me, I love my little baby growing inside me sooooo much and i would be devestated if anything happend. When I first got caught pregnant i went from smoking nearly 20 a day to just 3, that was going great, but then for someone reason i started smoking more and more it was like I was addicted like it's my craving.
I'm guessing that non of you ladies smoke, so i'm sooo sorry for telling you this.
I'm just scared that I will harm my baby and I want to stop but dont know how.

Im a smoker,but everytime I get pregnant smoking makes me sick. I cant even be around someone in the same room who smokes,or I'll get sick. I wouldnt worry to much about it. I know lots of ladies who have smoked with there babies,and everything turned out fine.Stop if you can,or cut back on it. My mom smoked with me and I was a heathy baby.

I know its hard to stop smoking because I use to smoke 2 and a half years ago. So I been stop smoking before I got pregnant. Anyways my advice to you is take it day by day. I cut down on cigarettes like instead of 5 a day 3 and then I stopped smoking during the week and notice I was just smoking on the weekends when I go out. When I realized that I didn't need it anymore I gave up on the weekends to. Everyone is different though but what made me quit smoking was seeing all those commercials and stuff about throat cancer. I couldn't get that nasty picture out my mind. Find something that will motivate you its going to be a challenge trust me. Do it for you and for your child because not everyone is lucky to have a healthy baby while smoking. This is a long message so ima stop here lol. Take care and I hope things get better for you.

i understand where ur coming from , im 9 1/2 wks now and im still smoking.....i am having a hard time quitting , not sure how . not that im saying its ok to smoke but i have 4 kids already and i smoked right thru with them and they were all good sized perfectly healthy babies. having said that i really do wanna give up so if u find a miracle cure fill me in plz :)
