05-8-2009 - 25 weeks & 2 days (Midwife appointment)

My mood while writing this blog: Happy

Well Last Night I went for my 25 week midwife appointment, She did rush me but hey everything was ok anyway, she felt for Jacob and he is still head down yay, she could feel his little head and his shoulder was sticking out bless him, he had a good heartbeat and my uterus measured four fingers above my belly button so i'm growing perfect yay, I feel him kicking now all the time it's great, I can feel him squirming and moving about as well "-)

I arent really as panicy anymore due to the fact that I dont have to use the doppler cos I can feel Jacob, and i'm past 24 weeks so I know if worst case scenario he was born early (touch wood he doesnt) he would have a good chance of survival.

I just found out as well that two of my friends are pregnant as well, one has her dating scan soon, and one is 13 weeks yay pregnant friends......

One of them was down last night I was showing her all the baby stuff that i'd got it was great, I also found the babies heartbeat with my doppler, this was the first time she'd heard it she was really pleased with that, She had her last scan at 9 weeks so she was like me panicing that baby wasnt there but it sure was beating away like mad he he. I forgot how tiny they are at 13 weeks the little one kept swimming away and I kept losing him/her.

Well thought I'd have a little chat, I'll get some more pics up of my ever so big belly up soon, also I have gained 21 pounds so far "-(

Also I know this is a weird question but does anybody feel the baby kicking what feels like in there bum sometimes??? lol
