| 11-8-2009 - 26 weeks & 1 Day (Restricted Bloodflow!!!!!!!!) | My mood while writing this blog:Uncertain/Scared |
So Yeasturday I went to the Hospital for spotting AGAIN that i've had all my pregnancy, I did the usual pee check, blood pressure etc, then I usually have to wait for the Doc to check my cervix. Well the midwife that was looking after me went home and another midwife took over. She did different test on me this time which were listening to the bloodflow in the umbilical cord.
Baby Jacob kept moving all over and his heartbeat was really high, she eventually got a reading off the umbilical cord and she said the shes 99.9% sure that there is restricted bloodflow to the cord so that basically means he's on a diet "-(
I also had to go on the machine where it monitors the HB and movments, she said that hes a very happy baby moving all about in there but he may not be getting enough "food" and his heartbeat wont come down "-((
So Tomorrow I have to go back to the hospital so the consultant can run the same tests that the midwifes did to see what is actually going on.
Has anybody had this before?????????????????????????????????????????
