Grrr just need to vent. DH is just not into it. I already feel like he can't handle the pressure. When I get him, he's just barely into it, and usually it's like me trying to get him there and we don't even get in bed at all. So anyway, we are on like day maybe 5 of nothing. And tomorrow after work he already has plans so that's another day. I guess some guys just really can't handle trying to make it happen. Oh well, I am nearing 40 so whatever. I guess I am not going to get to do this my way. The funny thing is, I know he wants this. But he doesn't want the pressure that goes with it. So, it's not going to happen like this. Wish he could at least try.

My dh was the same way. I did what happy did, I didn't tell him when I was ovulating, either. He always liked my black lingerie/slip, so that helped too. You're still young!! I'm almost 41!!!! Take some pressure off of you, too. Once you're a little "lighter" he could pick up on that, and hopefully that performance pressure will go away. GL honey ; )

I'm sorry to hear that. My husband had some "performance" issues for the first time last month as well. He kept trying, though, and it did work for us. I always tried to make each "session" different and special. For example, bringing out lingerie I haven't worn in years, doing little dances, catching him off-guard, etc. I tried to put as little pressure on him...to the point of not telling him when I was ovulating. Now go bring on your sexy self : ) Good luck!!

That is so interesting...i've noticed the same thing...he tries to blame it on his cholesterol medication :) lol...but I have a feeling it's the pressure of "trying". I wish us both luck...I just turned 40 - so I know what you mean...and he is 47...much different than it was 10 years ago :)
