Sooo My Baby Shower was the BEST EVER LOL. I'M ENGAGED!!!!!!! I get goose bumps just thinking about it :). I got absolutely everything on my list even things I never thought they would get me but I wanted like my glider and rocking chair :). In addition to everything they gave me cash and gift certificates(def the for the diapers n whippies) and I just couldn't believe i got so many things and doubles at that I'M SO LUCKY TO HAVE SUCH GREAT FAMILY AND FRIENDS. The food and atmosphere at Macaroni Grill is so beautiful from the lighting to the italian music it just set the best ambiance. It was supposed to be from 12-2 but it ended up being to 4(i was a lil late what can i say I'm on cuban time here lol) my mom and aunts did great with the decor it was a safari theme super cute n original. And than ofcourse one of the best parts when D gave me his gift(he had told me it was the baby's first shoes) so I open up the box which he wrapped and he had wrote on a paper WILL YOU MARRY ME lol I started crying and he told me to look inside the lil booties were adorable and in a little deeper was my ring it's so BEAUTIFUL n original I love the shape and I love how it wasn't fitted for me and it fit perfectly. He's really shy in big groups(especially around so many ppl he barely knows except his mom n brother) and he did it nervous and all got down on one knee n put it on(!!!!!) in front of all my family and friends. The best most perfect surreal day ever ...I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT :)..Well to all who are anticipating there shower ENJOY IT it's such a beautiful thing to have all your family and friends there in honor of your baby and your new family. It's going to fly by so savor every moment :) can't wait to hear about them take care!!!!!!!

Congrats on the engagement!! What a special way to have him propose too :o) Makes me well up a bit. Sounds like you have the perfect shower. I am sooo looking forward to mine.

Congratulations on the engagement :) It's good to hear that your shower turned out great. It does go by fast before you know it your baby will be here. My daughter will be 9 months old this weekend, time really does fly... Take Care :)
