20-7-2009 - It's a girl!

I just got back from our gender ultrascan, and it's a girl! I couldn't be happier! I just wanted a happy and healthy baby, and for me to know if it is a boy or a girl, and now I know!!! I am ecstatic! The ultrasound technology is so amazing! They measured HER (hehe) and everything calculated perfectly to the day! Which, I really hope she does come on her due date, because I think it is awesome if she is born on Thanksgiving day! So, she weighed 15 oz. and had a heart rate of 150 beats per minute, the ultrasound technician said that she was stretched out and really wiggly! I still haven't felt her, due to the anterior placenta, but hopefully in the next week or so I will! We are going to do her nursery in pink and green, hopefully frogs for (F. forever R. rely O. on G. God) and I am just so excited! Oh, so intelligender was wrong for me! I also added a picture of her ultrasound, so take a look!

Congrats! I had my daughter 2 days before Thanksgiving and got out of the hospital on Thanksgiving day. My daughter was discharged at 9am but we had to wait around until almost noon for me to be discharged...I was just upset I never got my lunch meal that day. MMMMmm turkey :)

Congrats! We found out that we're having a boy. We wanted a girl since we already have a son but as long as this baby is healthy we're happy! (our first baby, TJ has down syndrome and was very sick his first 6 months of life so we know how it is to have a sick child)
