Had my baby shower yesterday (8/3/08). Got so much stuff for Logan! I'm having a hard time concentrating on work today cause all I want to do is play with the baby stuff. My sisters did such a great job decorating the shower...it was sooo cute. So hard to believe its over! But also glad...I hate being the center of attention...I was sweating sooo bad as I opened gifts with everyone staring at me.
My husband also had a baby party. I was pleasantly shocked that his immature friends got us many really nice gifts!! lol.
Added a couple pics of my shower.
Some of the presents were: Excersaucer, pack n play, convertible carseat, activity play mat, breast pump, monitors, diaper bag, bath tub, lots of clothes, boppy pillow, blankets, diapers, and lots of other little things.

Glad you survived! Mine is this weekend... Geez! You got LOTS of really good stuff!!!! Good for you! That's that much less you have to buy! They are going to be here before we know it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

im the same way....i absolutely hate being the center of attention...i would rather everyone just get me a gift card or mail me something so they dont have to stare at me...my baby shower is the 17th...after the baby is born im gunna go visit my parents for about a month and my family up north is gunna throw me another shower...i guess it pays having friends and family in diff parts of the country lol...

YAY you! I loved having showers...even though people were looking at me. I am soooo the same way.
I'm ready to start getting our stuff out so I can clean it up and play with it too.
